I was engaged to stabilise the project by introducing structured project management, developing a complete suite of operational and safety policies, and realigning the project’s financial framework with its performance objectives. A distributed solar portfolio under construction required urgent intervention following the departure of its EPC contractor. I investigated a serious electrical accident on a marine vessel in which an individual sustained severe injuries while performing maintenance activities.
